The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.
