Our house impresses with 180 m² of living space over two floors. The entire house has an air heat pump and air conditioning on the upper floor. Our loft house offers a wonderful view of the terrace, the garden and the pool from the large kitchen and living area. In summer, the lounge corner, the terrace and of course the large pool with counter-current system invite you to linger. Our house is perfectly air-conditioned and spacious. In the cold season you can warm up in the sauna while your children can play and watch DVDs in the play corner opposite the sauna. Our pool can also be heated in winter, so you can cool off after a sauna session under the pool cover at up to 23°. From December, our house is decorated for Christmas and we look forward to showing you the most beautiful christmas markets in Vienna and outside the city.

Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, Heurigen und Restaurants. Bitte beachten Sie, dass pro Person und Nacht 2,50€ an Ortstaxe fällig werden.

Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

Bei diesem Angebot gibt es keine versteckten Kosten. Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
