The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.

Get away from it all while at our updated beach condo. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Cozy bunkbed nook can comfortably accommodate 2-3 children or 2 adults. There is a full size guest bathroom and sleeper sofa as well. The beautiful private beach and sparkling Gulf waters are just a 3-5 minute walk with no streets to cross! Our guests enjoy access to two swimming pools and spas, and exercise room right next to our 1st floor condo.

Gulf views from townhouse condo with boardwalk to the beach. Private entry and covered parking on 1st floor along with grill and chairs for relaxing. The 2nd floor has the living room w/ sleeper sofa (and provided air mattress), the kitchen, half bath, and large deck. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom (w/ queen bed, private deck, and bath w/ garden tub and shower) and the 2nd bedroom (w/ queen, twin bunk, and bath w/ shower). No pets!

Public beach access is 7-8 lots down either way from the house and they are usually not crowded.
