The unit is completely separate with 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Step out and enjoy your privacy with the -500 Ft Pier, Boat House, hot tub, Grill and fire pit! - Hot tub for up to 5 people, with LED lights and control your own water temperature. - We are always available for questions!

Welcome to Cottage on Caroline, a precious and happy home that is in Old Dauphin Way Historic District A neighborhood that is enjoying revitalization and value appreciation. The entire home was renovated. The ceilings are 10' and the hardwood floors are original and full of character. Huge fenced backyard. Dauphin St Entertainment District is a 5 minute walk away. The home also sits on the bike path and is a block and a half from the Mardi Gras parade route.

Renovated but historic! With a private balcony! This property is a two bedroom, one bath loft apartment on the second floor of a small Midtown building. It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes to Downtown Mobile, and under an hour to Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores Beaches. This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.

Glamping on the Farm (Heartland)

Our 27’ foot Heartland Sundance camper is set up for guests on a small lot at the front of our farm property. Guests will have a great view of our pastures with our small herd of cows and horses. This area is set up for a glamping experience. This includes a fire pit, chairs and outdoor grill. The camper has 1 master bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds, the table and couch convert to beds as well. This camper is 1 of 2 campers now available on our farm.

Our guesthouse is located behind our house on a beautiful Mobile street with a live oak canopy and Spanish moss accents. The 600 sq ft cottage has been remodeled keeping the old Southern style and charm that makes Mobile such a lovely city. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the private outdoor patio. Come and go as you please via a private doorway onto patio.
