Although, we love to think that the place is full of peace, comfort and personality; the true magic of it is exactly where it's located. It's barely a minute away from the ferries and somehow sits quietly in the very middle of hustle and bustle of Kadikoy

There is a grocery store, many cozy cafes and eateries on the street and nearby. The apartment is very bright, airy, spacious and clutter-free with new and beautiful furnishings. Two separate bedrooms are equipped with 160x200cm beds each. Fully equipped and spacious kitchen will provide you with a comfortable cooking experience.

I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

The building is in a safe, silent street, decorated on December 2022. The building foundation is installed on the rock bottom with deep concrete piles, the structional system also has been chosen, for the possible earthquake wave direction. In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul.
