Glan Rhyd -Tranquil Country Cottage

Glan Rhyd is a 200 year-old country cottage idyll, centrally situated with easy access to the whole of Anglesey. Secluded within its own tree-lined wildflower meadow alongside the River Alaw, it offers peace and tranquility second to none. The cottage is semi-detached with its own entrance, parking & facilities including modern kitchen, en suite bathroom, shower & Sky TV. The owner lives next door, and the resident (wild) owls live at the bottom of the meadow! Pets unfortunately not allowed.

Perfect couples get away. With one double bedroom, shower room and a fully equipped kitchen, it has everything you need. The log burner is an added bonus for those autumn and winter evening. There is a little patio which is a sun trap in the afternoons/early evening. The extra large corner sofa, can double up as a single bed , if you have a little one in tow. We are dog friendly and accept small to medium non malting dogs only (max 2). 2 mins walk to the beach, Ann’s pantry and Kimnel arms.

We only accept DOGS ,they must be well behaved , ( maximum of 2) there is a small £5 charge per stay for dogs. Host is a qualified mountain leader, mountain bike leader , a volunteer Snowdon Warden , happy to offer advice regarding suitable routes, to suit all tastes and abilities D & A

It is a truly tranquil retreat but is also perfectly located for those wishing to explore the island of Anglesey & the Snowdonia National Park is just 25 minutes away by car.

The Nook at Wildheart Escapes

We've been operating our 6 beautiful holiday lets for over a year now, with hundreds of very happy guests. Located on the Marquess of Anglesey's private estate our team at Wildheart are waiting to welcome you to your countryside escape. Enjoy a stay in this beautifully refurbished, 19th Century cottage updated to provide contemporary high quality accommodation. Featuring oak beams, the main living space is open plan having been divided in seperate areas with comfy seating, hand built kitchen and dining area. It's very well equipped with all you need fir a comfortable stay. The double and single bedrooms are at the rear of the property. The bathroom features a large walk in electric shower.

A Peaceful and spacious self contained annex just 1km away from the heart of Benllech village. Walking distance of the beach and amenities whilst being far enough away to be a peaceful retreat. Fully renovated with a spacious living area and outside garden, luxury bathroom and modern kitchen. One bedroom with a comfortable double bed, additional bed is a double pull out sofa bed. An ideal property for parents and 2 children, could also be used for 4 adults.

The Little Piggery is our refurbished Welsh stone outbuilding, in the grounds of our property. Perfect for couples, with its quirky layout, mezzanine upper floor (former 'lloft wair' - hayloft) which has restricted head height but super comfy king size bed and countryside views.
