Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Inside are comfortable couches and a fireplace for chilly nights but you'll love spending summer evenings on the lakeside patio engaged in a competitive game of cornhole or relaxing beside a crackling fire. Our log home was built in 2008 by the Amish, with vaulted ceilings and a loft, outdoor decks, and a large front porch. We have many outdoor sitting areas, outdoor fireplace, and koi pond. Although we keep our home very clean we have pets, 2 dogs and several outdoor only cats. Friendly pets are welcome. We are welcoming to all travelers and enjoy opening our home to you.
