Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Immediately convenient to Minnewaska Cliffs, Mohonk trails, pick your own orchards, vineyards, and the charming towns of New Paltz and Gardiner. Perfect for climbers, hikers, leaf peepers, and farm lovers. Chickens, ducks, and geese wander the property filling it with a symphony of farm sounds. Our flock of friendly sheep is always open to pets and chin scratches.

Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.
