The Annex at Westerlands Farm (Sleeps 6)

This self-contained, private annex has a separate entrance and is attached to our family home. It is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is to be found at the end of a one mile drive in Westerlands. Surrounded by trees and paddocks, The Annex is peaceful, and a perfect holiday location for families and friends. Dog friendly. PERFECT FOR STARGAZING, RUNNING, HIKING, HORSE RIDING, and CYCLING. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Cranleigh Hideaway property is a separate Annex on a property surrounded by woods, with no neighbours on a property that was previously owned by an Arborist - its simply stunning.
