Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Check-in anytime after 3pm. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being a short taxi and train journey away. You could even walk there from the house (about 30 minutes). Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance.

Situated close to Effingham Park, the cabin is in a private residence on a private residential estate surrounded by woodland. This detached, self contained Annexe is a stand alone cabin adjacent to our Cottage. There is a secure private entrance & ample parking. There are local Pubs/restaurants and other amenities nearby.
