This 2 bedrooms house was built with natural Cotswolds stone. The entire house is secluded with a hot tub and has a luxuriously charming feel. It is perfectly situated to enjoy what the picturesque local area has to offer. The local shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a five-minute drive away.

Spend time in the garden listening to bird song and the gentle babbling of the stream or step out the gate to explore Cleddon Falls and beautiful view points along the Wye Valley walk. The medieval village of Trellech and Tintern Abbey are also within easy reach off or on road by foot, bike or car.

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.

Walking distance to Monmouth town centre, with all local amenities, and the Royal Oak pub a 5 minute walk away. King size bed, in addition option to sleep up to 2 additional people on sofa bed & fold out bed. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, private entrance to front of property, parking to side. Inside, you will discover a spacious living area with an open layout and a few *steps* down to the living room. The patio windows allow plenty of natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms have *sloping* ceilings.
