Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. This cozy lower flat is located just outside of Detroit! Only 15 min to Downtown; 10 min to I-75 or I-94. You will have the whole lower flat to yourself! The upper flat is not in use, so no noise from upstairs! Onsite washer & dryer! 5 minutes to the Detroit River and boat ramps! The house was built in 1920, so we've decided to celebrate it's centennial by decorating in a style reminiscent of the 1920s. *Please read House Rules and description before booking.*
