A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. “La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

A 10 minuti d’auto da Courmayeur, la ristrutturazione conservativa di questa “Antica Baita” dona uno spazio unico ed esclusivo. Baita indipendente su tre lati in borgo soleggiato. Alloggio su due piani. Parcheggio di fronte a casa, comodo e gratuito. Piano Terra: ingresso, camera matrimoniale con stufa a legna e bagno.
