Conçu avec ingéniosité ( canapé-lit ) , le pavillon vous offre un grand confort dans un petit espace ( 12 mètres carré ). Exploring the Gruyère region at the foot of the mountains deep in the valley (Gruyères, Charmey) is wonderful. Living up here, with a view of the mountains, with plenty of sunshine, and just a 5-minute drive from all amenities, is even better! Welcome to Crésuz, to our bright, and authentic chalet. Peace and quiet, views, amenities (wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, games, books about the region, bed/changing table/high chair, yoga mat, binoculars...).

South-facing, a 5-10 minute walk from the village of Charmey and the ski lifts, it includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and desk, one with 2 single beds, sofa and large TV), a shower room with toilet, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a terrace with panoramic views. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet and is accessible via an interior staircase (no lift).

Le Coteau est un superbe appartement en résidence de 94 m2 avec un jardin d'hiver de 17 m2 et une terrasse de 106 m2 avec vue sur le lac et les alpes. Le lac à 10 minutes à pied pour les amateurs de baignades, la forêt à 3 minutes pour les randonneurs, le supermarché à 1 minute, l'arrêt de bus à moins d'une minute, la gare à 5 minutes et le centre-ville à 10. En bref, très bien situé.

Der Aufenthalt im Chalet ist absolut ruhig. Hier kann man richtig relaxen.
