Vous avez acces à une terrasse de 25 m² avec transat pour farnienter. Proche de la station Tram à 600m sur la ligne C direct de la gare SNCF, station VCUB (location de vélo) à 200m. Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

"Le clos d'Emilion" liegt 5 Minuten vom Dorf Saint Emilion entfernt, nur wenige Schritte von der Dordogne und 40 Minuten von Bordeaux.

To preserve this spirit, the place is reserved for adults (+16) and is not suited for festive stays and/or group gatherings. A family home since the 17th century, the Domaine carries on its values: conviviality, respect for privacy, tolerance, and traditions.

My room is located inside a house in Toulouse down town with garden a privative courtyard to park your vehicle. You can benefit from common places of ground floor (free kitchen for cook, dining room, big outside terrace...) and also a complete breakfast including of base jam, butter, bread or toast, fruit juice, coffee, tea, coffee with milk, chocolate... The access to the public transportation is quite close and detailed below in the section transport.

Nichée dans un écrin de verdure, au milieu des vignes, notre maison de caractère dispose d'une chambre d'hôte de 25 m² pour vous accueillir pour un séjour dans le calme, la tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner est compris. Vous pourrez profiter d'une salle de bain privative ainsi que d'un extérieur avec une piscine et de plusieurs terrasses avec différentes expositions.
