This quaint, cozy home with a relaxed beach style is located on a lovely quiet street in the heart of Old Brighton - steps from Victoria Park with its oceanside boardwalk and relaxing open air spaces. A 15 - 20 minute stroll through heritage tree-lined streets leads you to downtown Charlottetown with its lovely waterfront areas and great restaurants. We have added a portable A/C unit on main level of home and upper bedrooms have pedestal fans to keep cool.
