Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Welcome to Back Turk Lake -- located ten minutes north of Greenville! Enjoy Michigan summers in this updated two bedroom cottage. On this private, all-sports lake, outside watercrafts are not allowed per county guidelines but we offer two kayaks for use during your stay. A/C is available from Memorial Day through September. Grand Rapids is within an hour’s drive — with museums, Frederick Meijer Gardens , and activities such as ax throwing and Fowling.

The property is spread over 2 large lots. It offers an expansive view of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond filled with the sights and sounds of nature.

Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Featuring 2 bedrooms and a full bath, this property just north of Greenville and west of Stanton is truly a tranquil place to escape. No matter the season, its the perfect time to get away and live life at the lake! Rental includes use of Kayaks, the Blue Canoe, and PFDs. A grill and basic fishing gear are also provided.
