Close by activities include nearby Lake access and marinas around Mt. Ida, crystal digging, Forest access for hiking, biking, ATV riding and canoeing along the Caddo River at nearby Caddo Gap and Glenwood, among many other activities and amenities in the popular tourist areas including Hot Springs National Park.

Nestled away off the beaten path and not far from the water sits a 16 x 32 lofted cabin With a porch on three sides. Just down The hill is a large cove you could park your boat in. Or just come loaf and saturate your soul in the peace and tranquility that lake Ouachita and the surrounding national forest has to offer. Hiking and biking trails close. Lots of wildlife. Hot Springs is just 30 minutes away and Mount Ida is 10 minutes away. Come and let go of your worries and just relax. No wifi

NEW OUACHITA RIVER CABIN DIRECTLY ON THE WATER!!!!

We do accept 1 small dog with a fee. Cabin is located just steps away from the Ouachita River. It has an awesome view of the river and is peaceful and quiet. You won't find a nicer cabin in this area. It has a big deck where you can sit and relax. It has a gas grill, Alexa command outdoor audio, and a swing set for the kids. It also has beautiful rock walkway leading down to the river with a lounging area and a charcoal grill and prepping table. You can swim or fish in front of the cabin.

Lost Cabin at the Creek

This beautiful property is called The Lost Cabin at the Creek because it is an excellent place to disconnect, escape and relax. The creek provides great opportunities for fishing, swimming, exploring, viewing wildlife, and generally enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was constructed in 2013 and provides two bedrooms, a sleeping loft, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen, gas log fireplace, screened-in back porch, hot tub, charcoal grill, fire pit, and all the amenities necessary.

Cool Ridge View with a Room

2-story living space sleeps up to 6. Downstairs has a kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink) with a microwave, coffee pot, mini frig and utensils. Dish tub provided, and you can wash dishes outside. Outdoor charcoal grill. 2 can sleep on the Futon sofa bed. Lg walk in shower in bathroom. Upstairs has 1 queen, 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath. Outdoor charcoal grill, electric skillet & air fryer. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.

Woods Creek Cabin

Come enjoy nature in our beautiful cabin. Woods Creek Cabin is in a quiet, wooded setting just north of Mt. Ida. We have a compact kitchenette with microwave, toaster, Keurig and small refridgerator. Our rustic log queen size bed is perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before exploring the Ouachita Mountains just outside your door. You will enjoy playing a fun game of horseshoes, Baggo, grilling or just sitting around the firepit while listening to the creek and birds.

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.

Dreaming Buffalo - 47 acre retreat

Overview: Cabin is located on 47 acres of beautiful terrain. 22 acres of heavy wooded trails to explore. Several creeks that eventually shed into the great Ouachita River. Nestled up against the Ouachita National Forest, there are 1.2 million acres of forest within minutes drive. Less than 30 minutes drive to several crystal mines and State Parks. This labor of love is sure to delight when you open the door to this warm country theme inside the cabin.

Garden Lane A-Frame

A serene A-frame retreat where minimalism blends effortlessly with warm, playful touches. Welcome to our newly-built A-frame cabin, nestled right on the banks of the Irons Fork Creek, which flows into beautiful Lake Ouachita. Surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest, the Garden Lane A-frame is a peaceful retreat where you can completely relax. There’s plenty of room for 7 to sleep, as well as 2 full baths, a stocked kitchen, and laundry facilities.

The Cabin at Lick Creek

The Cabin at Lick Creek is located just off highway 8 in Norman. The cabin is one room with a bathroom and screened in porch. The bed is queen size. We have a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a mini fridge, convection oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The screened in back porch had string lights and an outdoor table. Located outside is a fire pit with chairs, a bbq grill, and crystal cleaning station.
