Located against the dramatic backdrop of the Wolkberg Mountains, our rustic and cozy wooden treehouse cabin is the perfect secluded spot in nature. Just 15km out of Haenertsberg, and directly on the R528, it is perfect for a weekend of relaxation or adventuring on the mountain. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Groot Letaba river and wake up to bird calls from our resident Green Turaco. The diverse local fauna attracts significant bird life - making the panoramic view perfect for bird watching.

The (Solar) Bird House

This beautiful, solar powered cottage with a spacious patio, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the country life with a real feel for nature. Apart from the mountain view you might also be fortunate enough to witness a warthog family passing by or even some small game grazing nearby. Relax and listen to the birds chirping. Our expansive home in a wildlife estate in Hoedspruit is the perfect space to unwind and explore. Enjoy the passing-by of leopards, hyena, giraffes, warthog, buck of all kinds, mongooses, giant lizards and beautiful birds - all of whom make their way through our garden on a daily basis. Explore the Kruger National Park from multiple gate entries - the closest of which is just a short 30-minute drive away. Rukiya River House is located in the Wild Rivers Nature Reserve neighbouring the Greater Kruger. It is an private residence built beneath old riverine trees on the banks of the Blyde River. Although the house is complete private you have the added benefit of being within the grounds of Rukiya Safari camp where you can go for meals, enjoy a dip in the pool and join safari activities.
