Hens and roosters, are housed near the cabin, they can make noise day and night. Large front porch. Bring your slippers. :-)

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. Saratoga County Farmhouse

Nestled on 475 acres of farmland 20 minutes north of Saratoga Springs in a peaceful atmosphere with wild turkeys, deer and red tail hawks. This farmhouse hosted 12 kids growing up and working the dairy farm on the property. The farm is now a heifer raising farm for a local farmer and has 200 heifers on site. Tractors and trucks do still run on a daily basis. Smells and sounds familiar with a farm are present. The house is a ranch with a finished basement perfect for hosting large groups.

We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
