Awelon is a light and airy cottage and is the perfect location for a lovely beachside holiday. The cottage is across the road from the promenade with easy access to the beach. It has sea views and a 3 mile beach to the front of the property At the back it, has mountain views, a garden with seating and ample parking. Very well equipped for a lovely break by the sea. The house has everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the train station.

A cheerfully colourful flat right on the promenade. It offers a quiet bedroom and a large open-plan living-dining-kitchen room with sea views. There you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table, a sofabed and a TV, books and games. The flat has a personal atmosphere in which you can relax well. Bounded by a stream, the cottage is comfortably furnished and offers a double bedroom, large fitted kitchen, shower room and a large living/dining room with sofa bed (small double). There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

Set on a rural smallholding, with a few friendly farm animals overlooking the sea and in the foothills of Cader Idris. A 10 minute walk from Fairbourne with shops, pubs and it's narrow gauge steam railway, with bus and train services to take you to more local attractions in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Aberdovey.

The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.
