The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with private beach plus backyard bunkhouse in the Wabasis woodlands. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform (from May-October, weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering: expansive views of Lake Wabasis; sandy shoreline; and a completely private backyard surrounded by woodlands. Plus, an adjacent vernal pond filled with wildlife that produce a relaxing chorus of sounds of nature.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Custom built home on Hess Lake with incredible sunset views and lots of amenities! Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.
