Mere blocks from downtown, you won't need a car to stroll Main Street or to attend university events. Located in nearly a century old home, the rustic feel is charming and inviting. Our family (with kids and dog) lives in the top two floors but this basement suite has a devoted locked exterior entrance and a private locked interior door creating a safe and cozy environment. I need to say, if you are looking to have a party, please book elsewhere. This is a quite place for quite people. 1 bedroom apartment, separate outside entrance. Lovely space at the top of the hill, nice view, great natural light. Built in 1966, with original 60's vintage charm. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, dining table for 4 and one bathroom, with a brand new shower stall. Designated parking. The living room has a sofa bed.
