This house is built on the sand. Closer to the beach you cannot get. It has excellent views of the coastline. Sit on the deck and watch the dolphins swim by. It's located within a security village with controlled access. There are a lot of amenities in the vicinity, but you don't have to venture out to enjoy your vacation. Your children can play in the sand or ride their bicycles in the street in a safe environment. The house offers an indoor braai and stacking doors to open up the living space.

We are 10 minutes from the George Airport and in the heart of the Garden Route paradise. We are close to George golf club, Oubaai and Fancourt. Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Oudsthoorn are all a day trip drive away. All 5 bedrooms are Sea Facing and all are en suite. My place is in the picturesque village of Vleesbaai about 20 minutes drive from Mossel Bay and an hour from George airport. The cottage lies above the rocks with an uninterrupted view of the whole beach and bay. It's good for couples and solo adventurers. The flat is self-contained with its own locking doors. Fram the house there is a 300m footpath to the beach. There is one grocery shop in town and a cafe about 2km away. Afrikaans and English are spoken here.
