We have a large backyard, amazing deck with hot tub, gas grill, wood pellet smoker, indoor fire place, outdoor fireplace, Roku TV in bedrooms, WiFi indoor and outdoor, 10 Adirondack chairs, floats and kayaks. Lake Winni is only 200’ with direct access and includes a 40’ boat dock that holds 2 boats up to 28’.

The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

Updated playground, fishing pond, and boat ramp. The rental comes with 2 kayaks to use during your stay. Note: Per Suissevale, renters will not have access to the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day. As an alternative on Saturdays, States Landing Beach is approx. 1/2 mile from Suissevale.

Directly across from 20 Mile Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro. This 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The front deck overlooks the lake with unobstructed views. We provide kayaks, inflatable boats, & beach chairs for guests. The property is surrounded by conservation land. The Chandler Wild Park Trail has an entrance right in front of the property. It is perfect for hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and walking.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
