Cozy loft in the Lead, SD. Moments from downtown, but secluded. Minutes to outdoor activities, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, or snowmobiling. Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. 2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work . If you need to have internet 100% of the time this will not work for you. Because of the hills internet is only available thru Century Link and it is not always dependable.
