Both Cedar Rapids and Iowa City are also a short drive away. You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home! The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests. A Queen Air Mattress is available for an additional 2 guests. There is a $15 fee per night per person for 7th and 8th guest. 8 guests max.

Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Our apartment in the country is located approximately 4 miles from the main highway on a gravel road. The apartment is attached to our farmhouse but it has its own private entrance and the apartment is all your own space.
