It was built facing the sea, with large patio windows to either a balcony or terrace from all the rooms. You hear the sound of the waves anytime. The beach is a stone's throw away (15 meter). The little bay is well tucked away and perfect for little children to access, play in the water and snorkel. The house is very well equipped and has everything for those who also like to cook at home.

Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.
