This private studio apartment is located in the friendly Austin neighborhood of Mueller, and is close to everything you need. It's only a 10 minute drive to downtown, UT campus, and Austin Airport. Within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, food trucks, shops, a movie theater, grocery, parks, lakes, golf course, basketball court, tennis courts, neighborhood pools, and several miles of trails. The space is a modern garage apartment with private keyless entry. Owner lives next door.

Cozy house studio in Windsor Park

We lovingly call this guest house the doll house for its cute facade. It is located in our beautiful backyard, has its own keyless entry, is peacefully off the street, and beautiful natural light filters into the space throughout the day. The space is also designed with the traveler in mind, so its cozy, has a very comfortable queen size bed with lots of pillows, and full kitchen. A two person studio space in Windsor Park Neighborhood - Private, tiny home, close to HEB and Dell Hospital. Modern furnishings, very clean, natural light, decorated with local, fine art. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.
