Please note we do offer wifi however we are at the hands of the NBN system which can be intermittent and sometimes non at all.

Architecturally designed house set on 5 acres of private Australian bush. Conveniently located just; 20 minutes to Bellingen. 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour airport. 10 minutes to Sawtell. 5 minutes to Bonville international golf course. Enjoy swimming in nature with direct access to Bonville creek running across the rear of the property. Finnish sauna suitable for 6 persons with outdoor shower. Pets allowed on request. Arrawarra is located 20 min north of Coffs Harbour and 5 min to Woolgoolga. Our beach house is set in a quite village and is just a short walk to the beach and tidal creek... great for the kids. It is only a short drive to Woolgoolga where you will find shops, pubs and some great restaurants. There is a cycle track all the way to Woolgoolga and walking tracks alone the coast line plus great surfing spots close by. Pet friendly with a Fully fenced yard.

If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.
