Recently renovated, this 1400 sq. ft. home is on a corner lot just far enough away from downtown to shield any town noise yet close enough to walk to dining and wine tasting. We're also going green! As far as we know, we're the only rental in Murphys powered by solar and Tesla Powerwall batteries--great for the environment and virtually unreliant on the power company.

Easily accessible via a paved road, 3 minutes to Avery, 8 minutes to Arnold, and 12 minutes to Murphys.

The Heard House, in the heart of downtown Murphys, is something very special! Vintage charm and character everywhere you turn, lovingly updated with today's comforts and 5-star amenities. Located one block off Main St, within easy walking distance to everything downtown, including the Murphys Hotel, shops and restaurants, two dozen wine tasting rooms, museum, park and river. A sunny, fenced and private 1/3 acre parcel nicely tucked back off the street, with no traffic or noise issues

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

This cabin has been recently remodeled with high end furnishings and appliances in a quiet setting but close to the local amenities. Each bedroom has a California king-size bed and a Wifi connected smart TV. There is a 50" flat screen in the living room, 3 Sonos speakers to play your music and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of Williams Sonoma cookware, knives, and dishes.
