Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

The living room with its high ceilings and a modern fireplace provides a special atmosphere and a vibrant view over the sailing boats in the city marina of Zadar. The location is perfect as it is only 5 minutes walking distance to the bridge and old town, but also close to beach "Jadran" and next to park "Vruljica" with playgrounds for kids and a creek.
