Our lake house is located on a corner lot in a neighborhood setting. It is a three bedroom one bath home that is completely remodeled. The lower basement makes the house sit high off the ground which makes the home feel as though you are in a tree house. There are 35 mature trees on the property. The 2nd floor entrance to the home is accessible via a gently sloped ramp on the side of the house. The front and side of this home has a large elevated deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

It is 1400 Sq feet with 3 bedroom 2 bath and large kitchen furnished. We have 3 flatscreen tvs, wifi,toys,games and a great view of the Lake. We have washer/dryer with detergent. House has patio table, charcoal grill, firepit and a mountain to explore. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee.

Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.
