We welcome individuals, couples and families of all backgrounds into our eclectic apartments. We specialize in short-term during summer and monthly rental off season to digital nomads, remote workers, or anyone seeking simple, slow and peaceful village life by the sea. We welcome dogs with a prior announcement. We are not able to host cats. All our apartments have well-equipped kitchens, including all the cooking essentials (vinegar, oil, spices); a balcony or a terrace and a laundry machine.

Are you dreaming of a vacation in nature? No city noise, no neighbors, huge garden with fruits and vegetables that you can pick and eat, swing in a shade where you can read a book, outside area to enjoy family time etc. We will welcome you with some homemade snacks and drinks. All you need to do is to make sure you rent a car to get here. Nearby is National Park Krka, Monastery island Visovac, zipline Cikola, waterfall Roski slap etc. You can enjoy hiking, trekking, biking around the house.

The house is located in Škabrnja-the Hinterland of Zadar- typical Croatian/Dalmatian countryside. The house is perfectly positioned for day trips to national and nature parks in the area: Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica, Kornati, Vrana Lake, Northern Velebit. The ancient cities of Zadar, Nin and Biograd, which are located in the immediate vicinity, offer an abundance of cultural, gastronomic and entertainment events, especially in the summer months.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
