Here at Fagrahlid we have turned this historic farmhouse into 3 beautiful apartments, with this one overlooking the famous volcano Eyjafjallajokull and the beautiful Westman Islands. We are located 5 km. outside Hvolsvollur and our location is the perfect base to see the best of the South of Iceland. It is a 40 minute drive to the Westman Island ferry and a 50 minute drive to Vik. We look forward seeing you!

Our cottage “Litlaland” offers amazing views in every direction, especially of the famous Eyjafjallajökull volcano. The house is located in Eyjafjöll, it stands alone and has great surrounding, In front of you the Vestmaneyjar, great mountains beside you and Eyjafjallajökull behind you. It is my childhood home and it was a privilege to grow up there. The house is old and not perfect but charming.
