The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.

Doug's Place is a brand new 1 bedroom apartment located 350 yards from the beach in Nags Head, NC. *New for 2026 - 2 YMCA passes to access Outer Banks Family YMCA (gym, indoor/outdoor pool, etc.) located 3/4 of a mile away. Walking distance!* Centrally located within walking distance of a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, the beach, and more. Simple and clean- the space is perfect for a quick getaway at the beach.

Tucked in the heart of the Outer Banks, our charming and cozy Beach Bird Retreat is a private 1BR guest suite (500 sq. ft.) on the ground level of an owner-occupied home—only 0.4mi from the beach and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, surf shops, and local spots. Start your morning with coffee on the private screened-in patio, spend your day biking to the beach, and wind down with a sunset stroll. 🎉

Couples Cay Suite self Check-in (pool, bikes)

Our second master suite has just been remodeled for a fresh clean and inviting look. Suite is located on ground level with private entrance. Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
