A gondozott, árnyékos strand, büfék, sétány mellett külön bekerített kutyabarát strand is található. Az apartman a ház északi oldalán van, így a legforróbb nyári napokon sem melegszik a hőmérséklet 24°C fölé, emellett egy léghűtő is támogatja az ideális klímát. A Bánok kisnemesek voltak, akik évszázadokon át meghatározták Barabásszeg és Zala megye mindennapjait. A házat és a falut a család elhagyta és nem is emlékezett arra már senki, hogy festett mennyezete, tágas belső tere, régi bútorai, pincéje és hatalmas kertje maga a csoda. A szarvasok ide szoktak és a dió, körte és szilva fák nekik temetek. A kertbe elrejtőztek a világ elől. A felújítás megőrzött mindent, amit csak lehetett, a szarvasokkal is békésen el vagyunk és osztozunk a kerten

Vendégházunk Szattán, egy apró őrségi faluban található. A házikóhoz tartozik egy szauna, kert tűzrakóhellyel, közvetlenül a ház alatt pedig a falu gyümölcsöskertje terül el. A konyha sütővel, főzőlappal, kis hűtővel, kotyogós kávéfőzővel és vízforralóval felszerelt. A főzéshez és étkezéshez minden szükséges eszközt megtaláltok. Az alábbi díj a helyszínen fizetendő: A faluban az idegenforgalmi adó mértéke 18 év felett 400 Ft/fő/ éj. Szauna használatának díja felfűtésenként 10000 Ft.
