Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

As you enter Behind the Wall you will set foot in a Tuscan inspired garden complete with espaliered fruit trees and outdoor dining. The two bedroom house is an original hundred year old home recently renovated to honour it's original character. The kitchen and bathrooms are purpose built to accommodate the needs of guests.

There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

Located within a short level walk from the town centre and many cafes and restaurants, Mim's Cottage provides spacious, private accommodation with off-street parking and an elevated rear balcony where you can enjoy a barbeque overlooking the forest.
