This spacious lower level, light -filled apartment has a large living area, private queen bedroom, and a lovely kitchenette.There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.The bathroom has a large rainfall shower.There is also a patio for guests to enjoy. This is a lower level apartment, so it is not handicapped accessible.There are 12 stairs. We also offer chartered fishing trips or harbor sunset cruises at an additional charge to our guests. This completely private, second floor studio unit is light, bright and offers everything you need (including parking!). Great mid island location within walking distance to the airport and one street over from several bus stops (and the bus is free this year!). Only 2 miles to the closest beach, 2.5 miles to town and walking distance to several restaurants. Bike paths and walking paths available at both ends of the street. Two private outdoor porches with grill and seating to watch the sunsets!

Without a doubt one of the best locations on Nantucket. Located above famous 167Raw Seafood Market & Food Truck, you'll have everything you need at your finger tips for a perfect Island getaway. Buy your local seafood, beer & wine right downstairs–ideal for all your grilling needs and enjoying drinks on the back deck. Walk to Cisco Brewery just across the street and imbibe in the islands favorite microbrews. Bask in the sun at Nantucket's world renown beaches just 1 mile down the road.

Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

So close to the beach! 2nd floor apt with private entrance decorated with vacation in mind offering an open living, dining and kitchenette area with cathedral ceilings. Beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, bureau and closet. A hall bathroom with a new tiled shower and vanity with marble top. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

Full kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom with shower, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, wifi, washer/dryer and you can walk everywhere! Come experience Nantucket Town. We'd love to have you! We urge our guests, purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather. John Hancock and IMG offer such policies.
