This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

We are a retired couple, and have hosted for many years visitors from all over the world. We are also well travelled. We offer -- “Country in the middle of town. “ . Come and relax in our sparkling clean studio located in our peaceful garden behind our home. It is 1.8km to the CBD/ocean - 3 mins by car or flat 20 min walk. Enjoy a screened private deck with outdoor furniture, comfy beds (a king or 2 singles) , 2 lounge chairs, a compact well-equipped kitchen- hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven), a cafe style dining table , a good sized TV, and a tiled modern bathroom. Off street parking & bike lockup. Free WIFI, no cleaning fee. No children under 10.

Greenmeadows Park Views

This studio has 1 queen bed, it is cosy with a small Kitchenette & Separate bathroom. Across the road is Anderson Park to enjoy. A few minutes walk to Greenmeadows shops, supermarket, cafés, fish & chips, Indian, Thai, pizza etc. A few minutes drive by car to: Church Road Winery & Mission Winery. We will supply tea, coffee and milk only. (no breakfast supplied) * There is NO oven so unfortunately NO cooking facility apart from a normal microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

Mojo Journeys- Beach side apartment.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake to a glorious sunrise. Walk and cycle the safe, seaside paths. You can easily experience much of the area by bike and foot. Our apartment includes a three room guest house made up of a bedroom, bathroom and a living area, with an optional sofa bed. There is a small private courtyard outside the apartment for your use only. Adjacent to the apartment is a private bedroom available to accommodate extra guests or family members.

Located in Pirimai Napier just off kennedy road. With only a 7min drive to napier and 15min to Hasting & Airport. Parking on street only.

Cameron Cottage - Central, private and peaceful...

Welcome to Cameron Cottage, tucked away on Napier Hill within a 5 minute walk to the city center which is abuzz with activity, cafes and entertainment. Separate from our family home you will have your own space to relax and unwind. Ensuite bathroom with french doors opening onto a lovely sunny courtyard. King bed and a single mattress can be provided if needed for a small child. The kitchenette contains microwave, bench top oven and refrigerator.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
