Unique stand-alone, partially off the grid cottage overlooking working farm (Fynbos/Protea, Vegetables, Sheep, Cattle). Situated at the foot of the mountain next to a dam. Walking distance from Baardskeerdersbos. 18km from Pearly Beach and 22km from Gansbaai coastal area. This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests and has a private woodfire hot tub next to the patio. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any pets. The working farm has sheep roaming around and also 3 big farm dogs.

Whether you need a place to stay for work, or wish to explore Napier and its surrounds for a few days with friends or family, our stylish accommodation at 'The Linden Tree' will tick all the boxes. Situated right next to Vineyards on a small holding with its own dam the views are wonderful. Stay in a fully equipped flat, ideal for two adults and two children and directly below this, a cute twin bedroom ensuite for two people max. The Price shown is to book both units. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Owl house is a secluded romantic tiny homenjn the mountain side surrounded by bluegum forest. The cottage has a private greenhouse bathroom, a stocked kitchenette, open plan living area and large king sized bed. with large flap style windows and wrap around deck. Come enjoy a night under the starts at the fire pit. This cottage is off the grid with solar power and wood fire geyser. A short walk up the mountain.
