Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Welcome to our cozy neighborhood nook! We hope you feel right at home. You’ll be in a great location central to just about everywhere you’d want to go with privacy and off the street parking. The inside has been completely remodeled so everything is new. Large bedroom and bath. Full kitchen. 60” smart TV w Hulu Live, Netflix etc. Please reach out to us at anytime during your stay for advice on anything Nashville. Centrally-located in a quiet neighborhood, our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers! Cooper's Cottage is newly renovated and equipped with modern amenities: washer and dryer, covered parking, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, central heat and air, coffee maker and coffee, tea pot, pots pans and dishes. It is one block off a major Nashville artery, Nolensville Road, with lots of nearby restaurants and a 15-minute drive from the airport and downtown!
