The Funk House-A Retreat

The perfect place to call home, long term stays are welcome and all stay include unlimited YMCA access during your stay. Guest House is about 3-5 miles from the beach, the Naval base and the Coast Guard base. It's approximately 4 miles to Mayo Clinic. The ICW bridge is walking distance from our property. The property backs up to the woods and a stream runs through the back yard. It is very peaceful. There is a private parking driveway just for guests. Note: No pets allowed. Note: Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property.

Beachside cottage

Cute 2/1 cottage on the beach that is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to an uncrowded beach. At the base of the driveway is a 150m boardwalk thru the dunes to the beach. The cottage sits behind main house and shares an entrance walkway and driveway. Although it is beach side there is no oceanview from the cottage. There is a 3 day minimum, No smoking, and a strict 3 guest limit.
