Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

Four Seasons is in a quiet, residential area of Cromer. Town centre, beach and pier are just a few minutes walk. An annex to the owners' home, on one level, ideal for a couple all year round, with gas central heating & a Nest thermostat. Wi-fi & Freesat TV provided. From the lounge, patio doors open to a small balcony with seating for 2, in the owners' back garden. Parking for one car is available on the driveway.

Light, airy and spacious, our studio apartment is set within a wonderful, semi-wooded garden and located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With level access, it is suitable for wheelchair users, although the drive is gravel. With the cliff top, woods and access to the beach at the end of the road, and the town centre just a 10-minute walk away, it is ideally located for all Cromer has to offer.
