Fußläufig in 1 km Entfernung befindet sich das UFZ und der KUBUS. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich EDEKA, Bäcker, Apotheke u.a. für den tägl. Bedarf. Das Zentrum mit der Tram in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Haustiere sind aus hygienischen Gründen nicht erwünscht. Das Rauchen ist ebenfalls nicht erlaubt.
