A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. The Villa is elevated, fully airconditioned and offers from the marble clad terrace a beautiful view of Apo Island, the world renowned diving paradise. The property Cottage is equipped with a queen size bed, aircon, fridge and shower. This must be requested in advance if needed.
