There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay, with a vegan option on request. We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish to have 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

Self contained guest suite ideal for a 1 or 2 night stopover, or a few days exploring Nelson. Easy access to all that Nelson city has to offer-walking, running & mountain bike tracks; beaches & rivers, cafes, breweries & restaurants; sculpture walks, art galleries & cinemas; disc golf & skate parks; Trafalgar Park & shopping. All in easy reach. Our 1924 bungalow has been renovated to incorporate a spacious guest suite with private access, lounge area & full private bathroom with walkin shower.

The Pilot House 1862 - Nelson Waterfront Charm

The Pilot House is close to the city centre, public transport, parks, restaurants, cafes, the beach, fishing & other water activities. The airport is less than 10min away, the city centre less than 5min & you are virtually at the doorstep to many great eateries. You’ll love The Pilot House because of it's great interior design & furnishing, the cosiness, the views, fully-equipped kitchen and of course the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Hilltop Cabin & Breakfast

This peaceful, serene cabin overlooks Nelson with views out to the sea. The end of a quiet cul-de-sac just metres from excellent walking tracks. Breakfast We provide breakfast for up to 3 nights (toast and spreads, cereals) The kitchenette Equipped with a fridge, microwave, dinnerware etc. While there is no sink in the kitchen, a tub and washing up supplies are provided. Parking Free on-street parking is always available Laundry We are happy to provide a laundry service for longer stays.

Spacious, self-contained studio

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. 10 minute walk to both central Nelson City and the hospital; this private, self-contained studio apartment with a king bed upstairs and couch downstairs that folds out to a double with bathroom and kitchenette has a gorgeous outlook. The unit is separate with own private entrance up a path attached to the side of our quiet home. The path is steep - hence the lovely outlook, but it may not suit people with mobility issues.

Superbly appointed this urban retreat with private gardens is situated 5-minute walk from the CBD, cafes, bars, restaurants, the local mall and a short stroll to the beautiful Washbourn Gardens. Centrally located to explore beaches, the Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks, Nelson lakes, and the Nelson and Tasman region: • Private and peaceful with own kitchenette and bathroom facilities • Breakfast provided • Studio serviced on request

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

Totally Coastal! Modern studio at the Glen.

Our beach side community Glenduan is a quick & easy 10 minute drive from Nelson. It is a lovely, friendly relaxed neighbourhood on the edge of Nelson’s famous boulderbank and marine reserve. Our house is in a quiet residential enclave that's an easy flat three minute walk to the rocky beach. The stand-alone studio is well appointed & a great place to relax, unwind & experience the coastal vibe. It is a welcome retreat to return to after exploring the Nelson region.

Hill Street Views

A self-contained guest unit with own entrance and free parking. There is a king sized bed which can be converted to two king singles. A continental breakfast is provided as well as tea and coffee. Located just minutes away from Richmond village with lots of cafes, restaurants and local wineries. The house is nestled in the Richmond foothills close to mountain biking and walking tracks and has views out to the stunning Tasman region.

Cabin in unique garden with mountain-to-sea views

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.

A place to chill or explore by the foot of the Grampians in a private lower floor suite with it's own entrance. Relax in the bedroom or read in the private garden among Fantails. The suite has it's own toilet, shower room and outside patio. There is no kitchen but tea/coffee/simple breakfast items provided. The lower floor is separate from the rest of the house and you will be the only guests. 5 minute drive to the city.
