It is in an inner city suburb surrounded by local Nelson families - so please expect the odd neighbourhood noise or visit from a passing cat. The owners live on the adjacent property & very friendly & engaging.

Treetop Sanctuary With Sea Views

Recently renovated this 1940s weatherboard house with polished rimu floors is full of character and charm. Beautifully decorated and filled with artwork by local artists (and some from a bit farther afield) this is truly a home away from home. The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.
