Four rooms villa , one room has home theatre setup, one room has sofa cum beds which can be used as beds for sleeping, the other two rooms has beds for sleeping. Before booking plz chk room pics for sleeping convenience. No beach direct access, 500m walkable and need to cross one lane. Power cut is not usual even if it goes , max of 30mins will be back, main cable fault or transformer fault on high emergency only it will take max of 2 to 4hrs to rectify.
