The open floor plan, yard, decks, patio and pool are great for lots of family fun. The pool is heated at no extra charge March-May and September and October! Outdoor shower and parking for 4 cars. You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, bright and airy historic home centrally located in downtown New Bern with a Waterview, a white picket fence back yard for your dogs to run around in, and parking big enough for trailer, boat, or U-Haul. Use our bikes and take a ride or walk along the river to all the restaurants and attractions that downtown New Bern has to offer. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.

You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
